We drive down the world-renowned boulevard of St Kilda road and once hitting the bay follow scenic Beach Road around Port Phillip Bay. We have a brief stop in San Remo for afternoon tea, before crossing the bridge to Phillip Island.

We first visit the Phillip Island Wildlife Park, where you are able to see many of the unique Australian animals, and have the opportunity to feed kangaroos, wallabies, wombats while being shown around the park by your guide. A delicious dinner awaits you at a local restaurant on the waterfront in Cowes.

As sunset approaches, we move on to see the famous Little Penguins at the Phillip Island Nature Park. We explore the award winning Visitor Center where informative displays set the scene for the amazing penguin parade. Your experience here is not the standard viewing. We prefer the more personal ‘Penguins Plus’ experience where, in a small group a ranger will talk you through the parade in a restricted area.

After the experience and a warm drink we make an express journey back to Melbourne and your hotel.

Our “Evening with Penguins” tour departs from Melbourne on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sundays (times are seasonal). Pickups are available from all city hotels within Melbourne. Passengers will be returned to their points of departure at approx 3 hours after sunset.
