Day 1
Depart Sydney on the
Hunter Vintage
Winetasters tour (see HV01). Mid afternoon arrive
at your hotel in the vineyards. Relax or stroll the
vineyards country, hear sounds of the Aussie bush (Kookaburras
& Parrots). Stay overnight in the Hunter Valley.
Day 2
Depart your hotel this morning at 8:00am. Transfer by
shuttle to Port Stephens where you join the Dolphin
Magic tour (see PS01). Today you'll visit the Stockton
Beach sand dunes by 4WD, enjoy lunch overlooking the
Port Stephens marina and then go dolphin watching on
the bay. Return to Sydney and your hotel early evening

arrive at your Blue Mountains Mountain Heritage hotel
to stay overnight.
Day 2
Depart this morning at 8:00am for the
Hunter
Valley wine country. Enroute visit Sydney's premier wildlife
park to pat and photograph koalas, kangaroos and many
other favourite native Australian animals. Stop for
a memorable lunch at Brooklyn village, overlooking the
Hawkesbury River. Late afternoon arrive into Hunter
wine country where you'll enjoy tasting superb Hunter
wines before arriving at your hotel in the vineyards
- Peppers Guesthouse.
Day 3
Depart your hotel this morning at 8:00am. Transfer by
shuttle to Port Stephens where you'll join the Dolphin
