Bicycling
Enjoy a cycle around the various tracks around the resort or venture next door to the Groynes Scenic Reserve. Mountain bikes are available for hire at Reception.

Fly Fishing
Our resident fly fishing instructor and guide provides comprehensive practical lessons with personalised service and can organise hire equipment and licenses. The abundance of brown and rainbow trout in the various lakes and streams at the resort ensure this is a pleasurable experience. We can also arrange off-site fly fishing expeditions in remote locations. Book a picnic hamper and enjoy the thrill and challenge of fly fishing.

Golf
The championship golf course designed by John Darby in consultation with Sir Bob Charles, is home to the New Zealand PGA and offers players a choice of 5 tee positions. It is a challenging yet enjoyable course for players of all levels. The Golf Shop provides individual and group coaching, a fully stocked golf shop, golf and club hire and electric carts. A driving range, practice area and putting green are available for players.

These elegant and modern lakeside accommodations welcome privacy, relaxation, and refined entertaining. Guest rooms and suites, villas in a contemporary boathouse design, and the spacious 2 Bedroom Terrace Apartments each with a cozy fireplace, all offer marvellous lake and fairway views. Lakeside Villas contain the Lakeside Room and Lakefront Suite.

Available with king or 2 single beds. The Lakefront Suite, spread over two levels with lounge, offers premium facilities, full kitchenette and outdoor deck overlooking lake and golf course.

Lakeside Villa
Available with 2 king beds or king & 2 single beds. The Lakeside Villa consists of interconnecting Lakefront Suite and Lakeside Room. The comfortable elegance of the 2 bedroom lakeside villas provides CD player, cable television, full kitchenette and beautiful views over the lake from your balcony.

Terrace Suites
Available with 2 king beds or king & 2 single beds. Catering for four people, the terrace apartment provides stunning indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. Equipped with CD player, cable television, full kitchenette including dishwasher, fireplace and stunning views over the lake and golf course.

The Lakes Restaurant at Peppers Clearwater Resort offers contemporary fine dining with brilliant lake views and elegant surrounds.

Lakes Restaurant is the recent winner of gold medals at the New Zealand Restaurant of the Year awards. Overlooking the Kaikainui Lake and 18th green, it offers a relaxed and casual but elegant dining setting. Outdoor dining is also available, weather permitting.

With a menu featuring modern New Zealand cuisine with a contemporary flair, the menu changes regularly to make the most of the finest seasonal produce available. The menu is complemented by a wine list featuring renowned labels, particularly award-winning New Zealand wines.

Located in the Clubhouse, Lakes Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. The adjacent Sprig Bar offers you an alternative for more casual fare and beverages.
