Hotel is like a “best kept secret”, tucked away on a
quiet street, overlooking the town and with our own
private path it is an easy 3 minute walk to the Queenstown
shops and restaurants. The hotel is a smoke-free property.

the town, lake and mountains. The majestic Remarkable
Mountain Range dominates your view - whether standing
on your own private balcony or enjoying a quiet sunny
moment on the ground floor patio. This luxury Queenstown
hotel has an intimate, timeless feel. Its soft toned
European décor combined with friendly New Zealand hospitality
ensures our guests feel completely at home.
Browns Boutique Hotel is reminiscent of traditional
European pensions and albergos. With this unique character
it is perfectly set in this fabulous alpine environment.
Solidly constructed in 2000 as purpose built Queenstown
accommodation. It was designed for an alpine climate
so our guests enjoy the warmth of a centrally heated
hotel in winter and a cool interior during the hot summer
months.
Built on three levels with the guest rooms and balconies
on the top two floors positioned to capture morning
sun and stunning views of Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu
and the Remarkables Mountain Range.
The dining room and guest lounge are located on the
ground floor and French doors lead to the secluded walled
courtyard/patio - perfect for a quiet drink or relaxing
with a book. Superbly located in the centre of town
its tucked away from the "hustle & bustle" on a quiet
street.

BREAKFAST
Delicious cooked and European continental breakfasts are included in the tariff and are served each morning in the friendly breakfast room or in warm summer months alfresco on the outdoor patio. A full continental buffet plus a blackboard menu of cooked options is available daily.
Browns Boutique Hotel is a NON-smoking complex.
Rooms
The hotel features 10 deluxe en suite guest rooms all
with their own French doors opening on to Juliet balconies.
During 2010 we embarked on the refurbishment of the
guest rooms. We have added a beautiful new soft-toned
European styled décor, carpets and soft furnishings,
which has created a warm and welcoming ambience for
our guests comfort.
Generous sized en suite bathrooms are fully tiled and
include bath and shower in 8 of the guest rooms and
large glass walk in shower in 2 rooms.
