Morning 4 wheel drive 'Desert Awakenings
Tour' Experience the tranquility of the pre-dawn land as
the desert awakens. At a private dune top viewing area,
your traditional bushman's breakfast is prepared over the
fire. Visit the Anangu Cultural Centre, a vibrant and engaging place of learning where the local lore of the Anangu (Aboriginal people) is explained in detail. This is followed by a short walk into Mutitjulu waterhole a powerful and spiritual place for visitors and Anangu alike. Afternoon Tour - Kata Tjuta and Dunes Tour. Visit the
mystic domes of Kata Tjuta (The Olgas). Take 1km guided
walk through beautiful Olga Gorge. Afterwards the tour retreats

guided walk around the entire base of the Uluru. This provides

This morning explore Kings Canyon along
either the Rim Walk or the less challenging Creek Walk.
Kings Canyon features ancient sandstone walls, sculptured
by the elements, rising up 100m to a plateau of rocky domes.
It features rockholes and gorges that act as a refuge for
many plants and animals. Depart Kings Canyon by coach
early afternoon and arrive Alice Springs early evening. |
