dining in a relaxed atmosphere is integral to Claremont Estate,
near Christchurch New Zealand. Our tariff includes hosted pre-dinner
drinks followed by a four-course gourmet dinner. For our tasty
and flavour filled breakfasts and dinner dishes, we use the finest
home or locally grown produce and our own cervena (farmed venison)
and lamb. You may complement your dinner from a selection of the
finest local Waipara wines acclaimed for their Pinot Noir,
Sauvignon
Blanc, Chardonnay and Rieslings.
Luncheon is only provided by prior arrangement and is not included
in the tariff. Guest are usually out and about by day and are
keen to sample the fine fare from the several excellent wineries,
cafes and pubs in the Amberley, Leithfield and Waipara district
all of which are accessible within 10-15 minutes drive.
