Timara Lodge's accommodation options compliment the
overall ambience of privacy and comfort.
All rooms have picturesque views of either the
magnificent gardens, stunning man-made lake, or the distant magical mountains. Choose from
four charming rooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms, some with spa baths and private
sitting rooms. The rooms feature fine art and antiques and the quality furnishings are
modern and tasteful, instilling a sense of utter luxury, right down to the softest Italian
linen.
Each bedroom is completely private and has its own en
suite bathroom, as well as spectacular views of the grounds. All our air-conditioned

As the name suggests, the Lake Suite overlooks the Lodge's private man-made lake. Located
at the corner of the house, the room is decorated in yellow and white regency striped
wallpaper and furnishings with accents of deep claret reds reflecting in the Sanderson
curtains.
The Lake Suite is the largest of all the rooms and has an
“English” country house feel about it. It has a sitting room and
private en suite. Furnished with a Regency chest of drawers, a
Victorian dressing table and chair, and a large wardrobe, the
room can be made up with either a king-size bed or twin beds |

Out of all the rooms at Timara Lodge, the Garden suite has the most panoramic of all the
views and a charm, which is enhanced by the bay window, which is the focus of the room.
Located at the front of the Lodge, the Garden Room
enjoys views of the tennis court, swimming pool, the gardens and the lake. The room is
furnished with a king-size bed and 2 comfortable chairs set by the bay window.
The Garden Room has a small sitting area with private
bathroom, including a shower. The decor is terracotta-striped wallpaper and William Morris
honeysuckle curtains. |

Although the bedroom itself is the smallest of all the four rooms, it is often preferred
for its seclusion and privacy as it has its own little entrance hall. Often referred to as
the "honeymoon suite", the Mountain Room is located on the western side of the
house.
The room has recently been enlarged with the
installation of a romantic bay window overlooking the private parkland with the Richmond
Ranges in the distance. Capturing the afternoon sun, the room has a comfortable queen-size
bed. |

Once used as an open veranda, this room has many windows, giving the room a particularly
generous and spacious feel. Located at the front of the house, the room captures the sun
throughout the day.
The room can be made up with either a king-size bed or
twin beds and has its own ensuite. Decorated in off-white with hints of subdued green and
rose, the Balcony Room offers expansive views of the tennis court, swimming pool and
gardens, and has side views of the lake and private park. |
