Timara Lodge is 6.7km from Blenheim Airport and about ten minutes drive from the Blenheim
town centre.
To reach Timara Lodge from the airport, turn left at
the airport exit on to Middle Renwick Road. Proceed along this road for 1.9km. Take the
first turning left into Godfrey Road (green sign indicates the road to Fairhall). Carry on
along Godfrey Road, for another 1.8km and take first turning right into Dog Point Road.
Continue along Dog Point Road passing over two small one way bridges, close to each other.
Don't be tempted to veer to the left into Brookby Road after the first bridge! About 2.4km
from the Dog Point Road turnoff, you will come to the intersection of Dog Point Road and
Hawkesbury Road (watch for a large eucalyptus tree on the far corner). Continue for
another 600 metres straight on over the intersection and across another small bridge. By
the time you get to the bridge, you will see the Timara Lodge sign at the entrance to the
property. Turn left through the Timara Lodge gates and take the left fork in the driveway.
