Tour 1: The Ulva Island Half day Guided Walk is all about discovering - the unique, rare and endangered birds and plants at close quarters. Exquisite seasonal orchids, very friendly birdlife that will come too close for your camera lens...

We only have gentle ambles amongst a beautiful botanical forested garden alive with birdsong. Duration: 3� to 4 hours which includes a 7 minute watertaxi ride to Ulva Island Bird Sanctuary.

Tour 2: Stewart Island Kiwi Spotting at Mamaku Point that is a world-class ecological preserve for native flora and fauna and is located 4km of Oban township on the coastline of Stewart Island.

The Reserve is enclosed by a 2.1km long biosecurity fence to inhibit the movement of non-native mammals into the Reserve. The fence protects over 126 native species, including at least 18 native bird species, scores of native invertebrate species, and one of the highest concentrations of Kiwi for its size. Duration 2-3 hours.
