Experiences: Included in the tariff are twice-daily activities offering a fascinating introduction to natural history and farming life. At additional cost there are half and full day guided trips or you can hire your own guide for an experience tailored to your personal interests. Self guided excursions may be taken on the 25km of private walking trails to explore the farm and National Park.
There are 20 Mountain View rooms located within the main lodge, each with a private bathroom and have either a king or queen and single bed. Rooms with interconnecting doors are available for families. Separate from the main lodge you will find the Alpine View Lodges that contain 4 luxuriously spacious rooms. Private bathrooms have both a scenic spa bath and separate shower, sundecks looking out to the Southern Alps.
The Mount Rolleston Restaurant provides a magnificent backdrop to superb food, wine and service. Specialising in farm fresh produce, some of it sourced from the Wilderness Lodge farm and offered 'table-de-hote' style with two choices for each course from our daily changing menu.
